How can I return an item?

Mothercare and ELC are happy to refund/exchange any unused merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase upon production of your receipt*, as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging. *excludes items purchased in Outlet Stores.

*Exclusions - toiletries, software, DVDs, food (including formula milk), Tens machines, Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards and opened mattresses. Pushchairs see terms and conditions issued at time of sale. If any items are returned that were part of a multi buy promotion all items must be returned.

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or miss described.

• All items can be returned to a Mothercare store. Take the products along with proof of purchase to your nearest store and they will arrange a refund. If if you have made a purchase online via Paypal, you will need to provide the store with the credit or debit card in the same name as the order on your delivery note and photo ID such as your passport

Alternatively you can return the item to our warehouse directly at the address below. Please include your details and order number in the package. You can print a returns slip here.

Collect +

We are pleased to let you know that you can also use the Collect+ facility for your convenience.

To request a Collect+ label, please email us with your order details and we can send you one in the post. Alternatively you can call us on 0371 231 3513 and one of our Customer Care Agents will be happy to assist you.

You can use the Collect+ link to find your nearest store.

Most Collect+ stores are open very early in the morning to very late at night, making dropping off your parcel really convenient. Please bear in mind that the stores can only accept parcels of approximately 10kg in weight and the approximate size of airline 'cabin baggage' - 50cm x 30cm x 30cm. This service is free to our customers.
