I've just received my order, but some of it is damaged, how do I return it?

We are so sorry that your item hasn't arrived in perfect condition.

You can either return your item to a local store or contact our customer care team who can arrange for a collection and a replacement. In some instances you may be required to email photos of the damaged item.
