I have not collected item from store, can I get refund online or through customer service?

If you have ordered via our website or the Mobile App then please call the Customer service line on 0371 231 3513 who will be able to issue a refund as long as the item has not been collected from the store, can be located and returned.

If the order was placed in a store however, you will need to retun to a store with your receipt so they can issue a refund to you. Please note orders placed in store cannot be refunded online or over the phone.
