What do I do if I have a fault with my electrical product?

If you have a fault with your electrical please contact the manufacturer in the first instance.

Customers can now call the relevant manufacturer below if they have any questions, need advice on setting up their product or the day to day using of their product. They will provide customer with support and guidance free of charge. 

We have recommend that you don’t return the item to store until you have spoken to the manufacturer, as they will be able to resolve the majority of issues over the phone.

Please note that some manufacturers are also able to supply spare parts if required. If the manufacturer is unable to resolve the problem, they will then confirm that the item can be returned to a store.
