Can I amend my order?

We are unable to add to or amend existing orders once they have been placed.

Alternatively you may be able to cancel your order (time dependent) and place a new order:

Registered account holders:

If you are a registered customer with Mothercare or ELC you may have the opportunity to cancel your order by visiting your account online - this is time dependent. Please follow the instructions below:

Click on 'my account' at the top of any page on our website.

Select the order and click on the cancel option.

If there is no option to cancel your order it means the order is being prepared to send to you and cannot be cancelled.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add to or amend existing orders once they have been placed*, but you can still refuse delivery or return your unwanted items if you have changed your mind.

Guest Customers:

If you placed your order as a guest it is not possible to cancel your order online.
