Why hasn't my customer review been published?

We will endeavor to publish all product reviews as quickly as possible. However there are a number of reasons why your review may not be published.


·         Certain words and phrases are automatically blocked to ensure that we do not cause any offence to any of our customers.

·         While most reviews are moderated and published within an hour, there may occasionally be delays due to volume or system updates.

·         Sometimes you cannot always see your review even after it has been published because your web page has ‘cached’ and requires a page refresh to clear it.

·         This is a product review; any comments un-related to the product will not be published.
