How do I place a Corporate Order

Placing a corporate order has changed and we have made the decision to move Corporate Product Sales to our customer service team who will be able to support you with placing corporate product orders through our website and processing an electronic VAT receipt following the transaction. You will need to use a corporate or company credit card / debit card to make the payments going forward.

The dedicated call centre team are available Monday–Friday 8am-8pm, Saturdays 9am-6pm, Sundays 9am-5pm. You can also request a VAT receipt by using these same contact details and providing your order number.

Please call our team on 0344 875 5222 and select option 1.

Any other queries apart from placing orders, please email corporate.sales@mothercare.com

Unfortunately we are unable to place any orders via a PO to be invoiced any longer.
