How can I track my order?

To track your order online is simple, please follow these simple steps:

- Log in to our website and click on 'my account' at the top of the page.
- Click on the link 'view recent orders'. This will show you your order history.
- Select dates from the dropdown box to choose which orders you wish to view.
- Click to 'view order'
- Check the order states 'dispatched'
- Click on the link to track your item.

Please note if items are marked as dispatched but have no tracking details then this is either because it is a small item which may have been sent via royal mail, or it is an item which comes directly from our suppliers who use their own couriers.

You will receive a dispatch email when your order has left our warehouse containing tracking information which will allow you to keep up to date with the latest status of your parcel. Unfortunately we are unable to specify a day or time for delivery, either at the point of order, or by calling our customer care team.

If you are not home when we attempt to deliver, the driver may leave your parcel(s) with a neighbour. Otherwise the driver will leave you a calling card so you can rearrange the delivery for a more convenient day. Please be aware that our couriers are not allowed to enter your property to deliver your order, therefore please make any arrangements necessary if you need assistance with large or heavy items.

Please Note:
If you have placed your order via a guest checkout you may not be able to track your order online. You will still receive a dispatch email to track your order.
