I have only received part of my order, when will the rest be delivered?

Please allow up to end of the last working day of the delivery estimate to receive the whole of your order. 

Please note in some cases your order may be sent in more than 1 parcel and delivered at different times.

If you do not receive everything you were expecting in your delivery, please allow 2 working days before contacting us as the goods may be in transit

Website exclusive items delivery lead time may be longer so allow until the lead time quoted for the product has expired before contacting us

If product has not been delivered by the promised delivery lead time, then please contact us via the 'contact us' option at the bottom of the webpage, otherwise please contact our customer care team on 0371 231 3511.

Deliveries are made between 7am and 9pm.

Please be aware that smaller items may be sent via Royal Mail.
