I am missing a part from my product, what do I do?

Item purchased in store - Please contact the store who will be able to order a replacement for the missing part. If part is not available the store can offer an exchange if item is under guarantee.

Item purchased online - Please click here to contact us by email or call customer service on 0371 231 3513 who will be able to order replacement part or if not available they will be able to offer an exchange for the product if item is under guarantee.

If part has been lost by customer we may still be able to order the part as a chargeable spare. Please check with you store or customer service.
