What is Click and Collect?
When you order you now have a choice of having your order delivered to you at home or work, or you can collect it from a participating store. This is a free service is available in the UK. Look for the "Available for in-store collection" text.
Click and Collect - When you place your order, you will be able to choose a day that suits you for collection. If you order before 6pm, you will usually be able to select a date within 2 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays). At peak times, the lead time may be extended. If you are collecting your order from Inverness, Aberdeen or Northern Ireland, there may be an additional day's delay. Order should be available to collect from your chosen store from 2pm on the day you selected.
If you ordered on the Web, you will receive an email and text message confirming when your order is ready for collection provided you have entered a mobile number and an active email address. If you have not received your text or email confirmation by your selected delivery date, please contact your chosen store directly.
Don't forget to to take your order reference and details to store to collect your order. Please bring a printout of your order summary, or the text or email confirmation as proof of purchase.
Please be advised that we will hold your order for a maximum of 7 days, after which time your order will be returned to our warehouse.
If you are unable to collect your order for any reason, please phone the store and let them know.
