Why have I not received my order?

On a Standard delivery please allow up to the end of the delivery estimates last working day to receive the whole of your order. *Exclusions apply.The standard delivery times do to not apply to extended delivery, website exclusive and personalised items.

Website exclusive and furniture items delivery lead time may be longer so allow until the lead time quoted for the product has expired before contacting us.

If product has not been delivered by the promised delivery lead time, then please check the delivery information we have recorded from you in the first instance.

If you cannot see any reason why after these initial checks, please contact us via the 'contact us' option at the bottom of the webpage, otherwise please contact our customer care team on 0371 231 3513.

Deliveries are made between 7am and 9pm.

Please be aware that smaller items may be sent via Royal Mail.
