Why have I not received my order?


On a Standard delivery please allow up to the end of the 'Estimated Delivery' day as stated at the bottom of your order confirmation email to receive the whole of your order.  

*Exclusions apply.The standard delivery times do to not apply to certain furniture deliveries, extended delivery, website exclusive and personalised items.

Website exclusive items may be longer as these are dispatched directly from the supplier so please allow until the lead time quoted for the product has expired before contacting us.

If a product has not been delivered by the promised delivery lead time, then please check the delivery information we have recorded from you in the first instance.

If you cannot see any reason why after these initial checks, please contact us via the 'contact us' option at the bottom of the webpage, otherwise please contact our customer care team on 0344 875 5222.

Deliveries are made between 7am and 9pm.

Please be aware that items may arrive in mutiple parcels
