How do I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately once you have placed an order you will not be able to change the delivery address via your account.

Please ensure you check all details provided before submitting your order to us

If the order has not been processed in our warehouse we may be able to amend or change delivery address in some circumstances. Please call our Customer Care on 0371 231 3513 to see if we can assist you.

If the order has already been processed in our warehouse then unfortunately we will not be able to change the delivery address and a delivery attempt will be made to the address on the order.

If a parcel is not delivered after a number of attempts or is refused at the doo,r the parcel will be returned to sender.
