How do I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately once you have placed an order you will not be able to change the delivery address via your account.

Please ensure you check all details provided before submitting your order to us

Alternatively you may be able to cancel your order (time dependent) and place a new order as detailed below:

Registered account holders:

If you are a registered customer with Mothercare or ELC you may have the opportunity to cancel your order by visiting your account online - this is time dependent. Please follow the instructions below:

Click on 'my account' at the top of any page on our website.

Select the order and click on the cancel option.

If there is no option to cancel your order it means the order is being prepared to send to you and cannot be cancelled, but you can still refuse delivery or return your unwanted items if you have changed your mind.

Guest Customers:

If you placed your order as a guest it is not possible to amnd or cancel your order online, however you can still view your order online  – however you can refuse delivery or return any unwanted items for a refund once you have received your order.

If a parcel is not delivered after a number of attempts or is refused at the door, the parcel will be returned to sender.
