What delivery options do you offer?
We are pleased to announce that we offer a click and collect service, standard delivery and Next Day Delivery.
Click and Collect - Free on all orders*. Only available on selected lines. All items in basket must be available for Click and collect. Please see individual product pages for details. You can now have your order delivered to your local store for collection. You will be offered a selection of dates on which you wish to collect your items. At peak times, the delivery lead time may be extended. Please allow an extra day from chosen date for delivery to the following stores: Aberdeen, Belfast, Newry, Newtownabbey, Inverness, Douglas, Isle of Wight, Londonderry and Sprucefield.
Please be advised that we will hold your order for a maximum of 7 days, after which time your order will be returned to our warehouse.
Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 and is currently free on all orders over £50.00. We will deliver all stocked items within 10-14 working days to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.*Please be aware that this service is subject to credit card authorisation.
*Unfortunately our express delivery option is currently unavailable.*
Express Delivery (UK Mainland) - Order before 6pm Monday - Friday for next working day delivery* (working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays - for example, orders placed on a Friday on next day delivery will not be delivered until the following Monday) - £7.95 on all orders.
*Excludes items supplied direct from supplier. Smaller items may be sent via Royal Mail
All of our deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 7am and 9pm.
Please be aware that some of our products are delivered directly from our suppliers - these items may take longer to be delivered than our normal delivery service and may not be available for our premium delivery services. For full delivery information on each item, please refer to the product detail page.
Our couriers deliver between 7am & 9pm. If you are not home when we attempt to deliver, the driver may leave your parcel(s) with a neighbour. Alternatively the driver will leave you a calling card so you can rearrange the delivery for a more convenient day.
